Barossa Campus is run by Regional Development Australia Barossa Gawler Light Adelaide Plains and is supported by the Australian Government Department of Education and Training. We have done this in response to an identified gap in university provisions for regional students, who wish or need to remain in their local area for study.
Benefits for students include the choice to stay and study in the region, close to home, family, work and play, a dedicated facility engineered to optimise your study experience, access to in-house and academic support, opportunities to build industry connections, access to subject matter experts, mentor-ships, masterclasses and an opportunity to build a community of students in the region.
It reduces the time and cost of commuting, removes the cost and hassle of relocating closer to University whilst trying to get into the rhythm of study. Students undertaking online courses often find it difficult to remain focused and on task, Barossa Campus makes it easier with a space designed for students, with other students doing the same thing.
All students and visitors to Barossa Campus must register and sign in at reception.
