Need help or support but don’t know where to start or are not sure what services can assist you? The Haven at Gawler Community House serves as a safe place for women to attend and provides information tailored to their own needs. Our volunteers have completed extensive training to offer support and referrals to appropriate services.
You can talk to us about: Family life and relationships, domestic/family violence, education and training, health and wellbeing, housing and accomodation options, financial matters, women's groups and events or anything at all that you need support with.
No appointments are required, just walk in, this FREE service is completely confidential provided by the Women’s Information Service and in partnership with the Gawler Community House.
The Haven runs a variety of groups throughout the year to suit all types of need and interests, see details below or please contact us for information on upcoming programs and to register your interest.
