In collaboration with the Department of Education, Barossa Regional University Campus are hosting an informational session targeted to Early Childcare providers to learn more about Early Childcare School-Based Pathways.
Early Childcare School-Based Pathways are designed to provide young learners with a strong foundation in early childhood career options by providing on the job experience and knowledge to know if this pathway it right for them. These programs offer a unique opportunity to learn more about the benefits of early childcare careers and how it can impact the lives of children. For employers there are many benefits to investing time, into these programs some benefits include addressing workforce shortages, cost-effective training, staff retention and community development.

- School based traineeships (benefits, financial incentives and support for employers)

- Flexible industry pathways for high school students interested in careers in early childhood education
