Eligibility Requirements
- You must reside or work in South Australia
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen; or
be a permanent Australian resident; or
hold a State sponsored visa on a pathway to permanent residency; or
hold a humanitarian temporary visa of a class specified by the Minister from time to time; and be aged 16 years or over, and not enrolled in school.

Student Success Story
In 2022, Neil Rowe had no hospitality experience. So he signed up for our one-week practical course to learn the basics of hospitality. In August 2023, he was named Employee of the Month at Novotel Barossa Resort where he works to prepare food for guests.
