Come along every Monday at 12pm for a free yoga session hosted virtually by YouTube sensation Adriene Mishler. Learn new poses, stretch those tired muscles, and improve your health.
We will then follow the session with mindful meditation to help settle the mind, get more clarity and improve focus.
We'll supply the yoga mats, you supply the zen! š§
