Have you got something to say on a particular topic? Do you want to tell a story or entertain your friends? Maybe you want to share your passion for sport, games, food or fashion? Or just have a conversation with others about your favourite hobby? If you answered 'Yes' to any of these questions, have you considered starting your own podcast?
If so, then this four part workshop series, brought to you by a collaboration between Barossa Libraries and Barossa Regional University Campus, will teach you everything you need to know to get your podcast started. You'll also have the opportunity to use state of the art recording facilities right here in the Barossa!
The program will be hosted by Leah Cooper of The Wellbeing Room (www.thewellbeingroom.com). Leah started her podcast in 2021 and is excited to share her passion and podcasting experience with you.
Over the course of four weeks, you'll learn how to plan, research, record, edit and promote your very own podcast. We recommend that you attend all four sessions, as this is a step-by-step process and each session will advise the next.
