About the course
The Certificate III is designed to offer hands-on training and career pathways in food processing, addressing a critical gap in local training that was previously only available by commute to Regency TAFE.
- The course is delivered under the oversight of FoodSA, South Australia's peak body for food producers.
- You'll gain hands-on experience through a 12-month traineeship with local businesses
- No prior experience is required—just a passion to learn.
- You’ll be assessed through assignments throughout the year with no exams and will have access to learner supports, both from the businesses you work with and externally.
