The Barossa Film Club is thrilled to present filmmaking workshops at Barossa Regional University Campus aimed specifically at young creatives looking to create a standout entry for the competition. You'll be led by Adelaide-based filmmaker Anthony Frith, a seasoned pro who honed his skills under the mentorship of globally-acclaimed, award-winning filmmaker Werner Herzog. With experiences from the Peruvian jungle to Singaporean studios, Anthony will guide you through the practical process of making a film from scratch.
Throughout these workshops, you'll learn how to generate captivating ideas, craft compelling scripts, develop detailed shot lists, direct with confidence, and master the art of editing.
There are two sessions for different age groups:
Sunday 18 June, 13:00 - 15:00 - for 9 to 13 years of age
Sunday 25 June, 13:00 - 15:00 - for 14 to 25 years of age
