Printer
How to print using the campus printer
Print from your own device
Connect to Campus Wi-Fi.
Add "Konica Minolta" printer (OS-specific guides below).
Select "Konica Minolta" from your software's print menu.
Choose A4 or A3 paper size and print type (single/double-sided).
Click Print.
Printer IP: 192.168.1.236
Windows 10:
Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add a Printer or Scanner, then "The Printer that I want isn’t listed."
Select "Add a Printer Using TCP/IP address," click Next.
Enter IP Address 192.168.1.236 for the bizhub C300i, click Next.
Choose the bizhub C300i from the printer list, click Next.
Name your printer, set sharing options, and click Next.
Print a test page, then click Finish.
Windows 11:
Press Windows + I, navigate to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Click Add device, then "The printer that I want isn’t listed" and Add manually.
Select the IP address or hostname option.
Change Device type to TCP/IP Device, input IP 192.168.1.236.
Follow prompts to connect to the bizhub C300i.
Mac:
Click Apple icon > System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
Click the + sign, select the IP icon.
Input IP address 192.168.1.236 for the bizhub C300i.
Optionally rename the printer, select the driver, and click Add.
Download the printer driver
Download PCL6 driver from Konica Minolta
if needed by searching for bixhub c300i and then selecting the PCL driver to download.
Print from a USB stick
Insert USB into the printer's right port.
On the touchscreen, select "Print from External Memory."
Find and select your file, then press Print and Start.
Remember to remove the USB stick afterward.
Tip: Clearly name your file for ease of identification.
Print double-sided
Select double-sided print options in your computer’s print settings or on the printer's screen when using a USB
Printer Troubleshooting
If out of paper, refill trays as indicated.
For paper jams, check and clear the right-hand panel.
If USB is not detected, try using a different memory stick.
Scan to Email
Place the item face-up in the top tray.
On the screen, select Scan > 'Direct Input' > Email.
Type your email, confirm, and press Start.
