Barossa Regional University is inviting all students in the Barossa region who are studying higher education to attend the upcoming Open Day at the campus in Nuriootpa. The event, which takes place on February 10, will provide students with the opportunity to explore the campus and learn about the facilities and services available to them.
The Open Day will feature a variety of events and activities throughout the day, including a tour of facilities, presentations, meet and greets, and hands-on demonstrations. Students will also have an opportunity to access technology like the new virtual reality demonstration room and campus robotics.
Presentation topics include:
- Cyber security and staying safe online
- The hidden power of libraries
- Wellness, mental and physical health for students
- How to use Office 365 to stay organised
- University essentials
- Campus Orgami Club
- How to make friends and influence people
"The Open Day is a fantastic opportunity for students to learn about the free resources and opportunities available at Barossa Regional University Campus," said Angie Kruger, Campus Coordinator. "We invite all higher education students in the Barossa region, no matter where they study, to explore the facilities and services available to them, as well as to connect with other students and staff members."
